IP Phone Performance Testing
CT Labs has considerable experience testing a wide variety of IP Phone devices,
including desk sets, wireless phones, and soft phone products. To meet the
growing demand for a meaningful independent test from IP Phone product
manufacturers and enterprise users, CT Labs has developed its
IP Phone Evaluation Suite to
provide a comprehensive series of evaluations and performance tests that verify

Voice
Portal and VoiceXML Testing
CT Labs is experienced with and has conducted testing on a wide variety
of voice portal architectures. This includes performance testing of voice
portal servers and the development of specialized VoiceXML-based testing
applications. The CT Labs VoiceXML 2.0 Test Suite
was developed with the purpose of verifying basic support of all standard
VoiceXML 2.0 elements as well as grammars and other standards-based components.
The suite also includes a full multi-line performance test of VoiceXML-based
servers. |
IP PBX Platform Real World Testing
CT Labs has extensive experience testing next
generation PBX phone
systems that are flooding the telecom marketplace. These devices
are known for their all-in-one approach to providing PBX, voice mail, auto
attendant, unified messaging, and even VoIP functionality from a single
computer platform. The CT Labs Next Gen
PBX Test Suite combines a series of standardized automated trunk-to-station
switching, station-to-station
switching, and voice mail performance tests that verify verify both basic
product functionality under "real-world" test conditions as well as high density
multi-line load capabilities where the target PBX system is subjected to an
onslaught of incoming and outgoing calls. With proven experience working with
these products from the very start of the "next-gen" wave, CT Labs has

Unified
Messaging Testing
CT
Labs has a significant level of expertise in testing a wide variety of
voice mail and unified messaging product platforms. From the high-end
service provider-based systems, to the enterprise-level T-1 based messaging
systems, to small and medium sized business products and "voice mail bricks,"
each presents testers with a different set of challenges. CT Labs has established
itself as the place to come for expert messaging platform testing experience.
The CT Labs Unified Messaging
Evaluation Suite includes a series of pre-developed automated test scripts designed
to stress test the voice mail engine. These tests can usually be
quickly customized for a particular TUI and/or VUI, or used as a head start in
the development of a customized suite of tests. |
