We are very satisfied with the work CT Labs has done for us. We approached CT Labs with a demanding project: to test our IP Media eXchange (IPMX) call center product and validate its load-handling and call quality performance. CT Labs designed a series of tests that validated our product in a variety of real-world environments and IPMX configurations. Their recommendation: a test automation-based solution using a series of Empirix Hammer FX-IP VoIP call generation platforms that simulated incoming SIP calls with media connected to as many as 1000 simulated agents - a test that simply would not have been possible using live agents. Throughout the project we found CT Labs to be flexible, allowing us to change test scenarios and rerun tests as needed, thus enabling us to derive the most useful performance information from the tests. CT Labs personnel also did an excellent job of structuring and running our project, controlling the project's costs, and keeping us updated with testing results. We especially appreciated CT Labs' willingness to be flexible with their lab and work hours. Finally, the quality and attention to detail in the final test report was second to none. We would not hesitate to recommend CT Labs services to any firm looking for converged communication testing assistance from a knowledgeable team of professionals.

Recently we submitted our VoIP-enabled PBX product to CT Labs for certification testing and verification of product performance. CT Labs was able to design a creative testing solution that exercised our product, including the VoIP components of our architecture, in a manner that gave us much broader test coverage than we originally expected. We were more than pleased with their resulting test plan, which also gave us excellent ideas on how to structure similar tests in our own lab.  We have found the CT Labs staff to have excellent knowledge of the technology in addition to well-honed testing methodology skills. We have always found CT Labs test coverage to be very thorough. CT Labs project planning and weekly status reports are always complete down to the nth level of detail.
