Free U.S. shipping on eligible orders of $100+.
Free shipping is available for eligible U.S. orders of $100 or more. Available shipping methods, eligibility, and any charges are shown at checkout. International shipping is charged at the applicable checkout rate.
Processing & delivery estimates.
Orders generally ship within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays. U.S. delivery typically takes 1–5 days, depending on location. International delivery may take 1–2 weeks. Carrier conditions, customs, holidays, and destination can affect these estimates.
Track your order.
A tracking number is emailed after shipment. Check your spam folder if it is missing. Contact info@ct-labs.com if you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order.
Address corrections & delivery issues.
Check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting. If a package has already shipped to an incorrect address, it may need to return to us before reshipment can be arranged.
For lost or delayed packages, contact the carrier with your tracking number and notify CT Labs. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the current policy for carrier claims and returns.
