Shipping & Returns
Here at CT Labs, we take pride in making sure that each and every customer has a positive experience. Customers can order with confidence and peace of mind knowing that their money will never be wasted on a product that is sub-par. If you feel that the results of your supplements are insufficient, please contact us and we will make sure that the situation is remedied quickly and fairly.
Returns, Lost Packages, and Stuck Shipments
The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost/misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order. CT Labs is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. CT Labs is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges (DOMESTIC / US)
No returns or exchanges on orders after 14 days. We do not accept opened/damaged supplements for returns or exchanges all items must be UNOPENED. Freebies/add-ons/promo items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges (INTERNATIONAL)
We do not ship internationally at this time! We ship all packages 2-3 day priority mail a tracking number is provided to the email submitted during checkout. You can track your package anytime at https://www.usps.com/
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund minus a restocking fee of 25% on all returned items. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus a restocking fee of 25%, within 7 business days.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 625 Commerce Dr, Suite 106, Lakeland, FL 33813.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
